Russian intelligence officers destroyed a camouflaged command and observation post of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kupyansk direction with a Fagot anti-tank missile system (ATGM). This was reported to the Russian Ministry of Defense , RIA Novosti reports .
The Ukrainian Armed Forces command and observation post was discovered after reconnaissance of the area using a drone. As the department stated, it took the Russian military less than a minute to deploy, aim the ATGM and hit the Ukrainian observation post.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, at the time of the hit there were at least three servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the command and observation post.
Earlier, the Russian defense department announced the downing of Su-25 and Su-27 in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
